Solitude and Love

Without solitude, Love will not stay long by your side.

Because Love needs to rest, so that it can journey through the heavens and reveal itself in other forms.

Without solitude, no plant or animal can survive, no soil can remain productive, no child can learn about life, no artist can create, no work can grow and be transformed.

Solitude is not the absence of Love, but its complement.

Solitude is not the absence of company, but the moment when our soul is free to speak to us and help us decide what to do with our life.

Therefore, blessed are those who do not fear solitude, who are not afraid of their own company, who are not always desperately looking for something to do, something to amuse themselves with, something to judge.

If you are never alone, you cannot know yourself.

And if you do not know yourself, you will begin to fear the void.

So, give up reading that book …
Why waste time on something that you don’t enjoy?

Yes, I was down from the snowy mountain months ago …
And I went to the largest sea beach two weeks back …
Feeling all the moods of the ocean and the chilly winds … ☺️

      😊

      2. Roksy?
        Oh no no!
        Roksy doesn’t suit my personality.
R or Roksana sound good … Hashikhushi is also fine 😊

I like how Michele gives you the name DevU … it sounds good. Easy to call by this little name …

My health is fine now. Just had seasonal flu …

        How’re you and your health?

      3. People call me with various name here
        DU, D, DevU 😂
I call her Mlee that’s why she came up with DevU. I don’t take First names of people elder than me

I guess RA would do 😝
        I’m good.

You take care, wear clothes, drink lots of water

        Hashikhushi 😂

      4. Yes, I know
I myself also call you D, DU – and that’s lovely too.

Yes, R, RA, Roksana, – all are fine with me.

I understand your perspective in not taking First Names of people elder than you. And I respect your this perspective.

And I’ve seen people are calling each other with their first names in many places and showing the due respect, care and kindness from their heart.
It’s all about perspective and cultural values, I’m sure. ☺️

Yes, I do love all the things that make me feel good. 😇

        Thank you DevU. ✨

But you didn’t tell me how you’re doing …. 🧐

      5. What makes me feel good?
        Love the question ….

        Painting
        Mindful drawings
Walking/ hiking in mountainsides, valleys – particularly in nature
        Reading
        The scent of library
A quiet coffee shop with books
        A green corner at home
Organizing get together with few of my like-minded people and with coffee or tea
Getting a chance to talk to favourite people
Waking up early morning and watching sunrise
        Fresh flowers
        Scented candles
        Fountain pens
        Colors
Correspondence cards (post cards, greeting cards, notepads, letter pads etc)
        Journals and journalling …
Watching the night sky and seeing the stars
Travelling to see places and talking to strangers and getting to know them …
        Taking photos
        Sewing
Writing ‘to do list’ and fulfilling those
        😇

The list is long and these are only few ….
        ☺️

And what makes you feel good?
And how’re you enjoying your bike?
